Making an impact. That's what drives me. Not by merely talking about change, but by jointly investigating what is really at play and, from there, setting something in motion that works for both the individual and the organization. In recent years, within reintegration, absenteeism, and prevention, I have seen how strongly behavior is influenced by the context in which someone works. Job satisfaction, motivation, and collaboration never stand alone, but are the result of the circumstances in which someone functions.

What I often saw in practice is that we draw conclusions too quickly and propose solutions based on visible behavior, without first truly understanding what is going on.

What makes someone do what he does, within the situation in which he works? When that becomes clearer, space is created to make more sustainable choices. After all, we do not need to change ourselves endlessly. Sometimes the solution lies precisely in adjusting the context, causing behavior to change along with it automatically.

My style is open, direct, and non-judgmental. And although this might sound serious, it doesn't have to be heavy. A little...or sometimes just a lot...humor helps to keep things in perspective.
